Jord Rare's Philosophy
"The aim of JORD RARE is to allow members and those who partake in enrolment of coaching service to initially attain their physical targets both for self fulfilment and optimisation of capabilities for application in a competitive arena.
Secondary, but equally if not more important is to reframe ones self on a neurological and physiological level by expanding what one believes is possible via the desolation of self defeating beliefs that hinder success.
Insecurity is at the core of self limiting beliefs, but the confidence needed to overcome this is not garnered by debating ones self worth, but the competency one has in a given pursuit or their chosen field, therefore the path to removing doubt, insecurity is self limiting beliefs is partaking in actions which dispel those beliefs.
The ability to approach situations with expectation and not hesitation is the fundamental component in attaining success regardless of the pursuit and is not only limited to training, fitness and wellness. This systems ability to forecast results predicts what weight should be used with the correct intensity, exertion and for the correct amount of repetitions.
The vehicle of training is one of the vectors in which self limiting beliefs persist the most, not due to an inability to achieve targets, but the lack of agency one believes they have in the process. This training system changes that and by proxy, allows that uncovered belief and self of stream to trickle life overall.
We only have one life and despite the need for scarifies needing to made, effort put in with the knowledge that desired outcomes will be met and likely exceeded alters the perspective of the pursuit being undertaken as burdensome to a necessary part of their self elevation and therefore undertaken willingly.
By doing this, the process undertaken with a component of willingness, despite the resistance in the process and overall journey is embraced due to the expectation of an outcome equal to or greater than the energy expended and sacrifices made in the form of opportunity cost. By its very nature, any potential suffering endured will have a greater than proportional payoff making the purpose of those actions redemption worthy.
This is what my findings have allowed me to uncover and i stand by it wholeheartedly. Play this game, but part of the fun of the game can be found in playing it seriously. Curate your being, don't curtail it. Acknowledge your pain, don't minimise it. Embrace where you are and have been as that a component in the array of potential emotions available to us.
The indulging in a state to0 long is where we run into issues. It is something I suffered with. I realised this and even though I aim to maintain this understanding with the development and increase in understanding, it is something I believe I have a profound understanding in as well as training to the point where I can relay it over via a coaching dynamic.
The root to misery is attachment and excess and the satisfaction comes from delayed gratification because without that, all we have is unlimited pleasure and sure enough given enough time, unlimited pleasure in the absence of delayed gratification will become torture.
